The formation of Caribbean Procurement Inc. resulted from the recognition that the inability of many companies to effectively manage supplies across the new global network has tremendously impacted on cash being tied up in inventory across more nodes and modes, longer lead times, more service variability, and increase importation costs, ultimately resulting in overall project costs.
